Mimi Kuykendall, PA-CMS Retirement

To all the wonderful women that I have been blessed to help provide health care,

I regret to inform you that because of family issues, I am going to be taking an early retirement, effective October 17, 2019. This will be a permanent retirement as I do not plan on returning to work at any time in the future.

I have been fortunate enough to work very closely with Dr. Jerrold Weinberg since January 2000 and he provides the same excellent care to the women he sees as I have been able to provide for you. Please do not hesitate to see him for your health care in my absence.

For those of you who prefer a female practitioner, Dr. Weinberg is training a female nurse practitioner, Teresa Sienkiewicz, who will be joining him next June.

Thank you for honoring me with the opportunity to be a small part of your lives and for all the blessings you gave me in return.
