We welcome patients with coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Blue Care Network (BCN). Whether you have a PPO, HMO, or commercial policy, our team is committed to helping you navigate your coverage so you can seamlessly access high-quality gynecologic, maternity, and wellness care.
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS): We accept most Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and commercial BCBS plans. PPO plans typically offer greater flexibility in choosing your healthcare providers and usually do not require a referral for specialist visits.
- Blue Care Network (BCN): As a premier Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), BCN plans typically require selecting a primary care physician (PCP) and obtaining referrals for specialized services. We work directly with BCN to streamline care coordination and ensure your visits are pre-authorized when necessary.
Verification & Coverage Checks Insurance policies and covered services can vary based on your individual employer or plan structure. Before your scheduled appointment, we recommend contacting the customer service number on the back of your insurance card to verify:
- That our practice and specific providers are listed as in-network for your exact plan.
