What to Expect During Your Prenatal Visits
Routine prenatal checkups help us monitor your health and track your baby’s development. Most routine appointments last approximately 15 minutes, though visits requiring specialized testing or ultrasounds may take longer.
Every routine visit includes:
- Vital Signs & Lab Checks: Blood pressure evaluation and routine urine analysis.
- Fetal Monitoring: Assessment of fetal heart tones to track your baby’s heart rate.
- Health & Wellness Review: Dedicated time to discuss how you are feeling, manage symptoms, and answer questions.
- Physical Examination: Personal evaluation by your dedicated OB/GYN doctor.
Note: Additional screenings and diagnostic tests vary based on gestational age and individual health needs.
