Women’s Health and Menopause Center is working diligently to improve how we serve our patients. We are excited about the multiple improvement initiatives that are currently underway and as always, our doctors will continue to provide the highest level of care.
Expanding our Team
We are in the process of adding additional team members to our office staff, who will be responsible for handling a wide variety of tasks to help make your visit smooth and efficient. The new office staff is currently receiving training and education.
To increase our capacity, we recently welcomed a new physician, Nancy Duncan Stranz, M.D., to the team. By adding an additional physician, more patients will be able to receive care. In our focus of medicine, adding new perspectives provides a greater depth of knowledge and variety of ideas for tackling women’s health challenges.
New Phone Service
Patients may now call in to the office and receive immediate scheduling support, made possible by the new phone system. This streamlines the process of scheduling an appointment with our team and enables us to provide more personal care.
